3. Alcohol – drinking too much alcohol can lead to liver cancer. If you are someone who frequently abuses alcohol, you should stop because it is one of the risk factors for liver cancer. Moderate alcohol consumption is harmless, but excessive consumption can injure the liver and expose you to a variety of disorders, including liver cancer.
4. Salts and sodium-rich foods, such as canned soups, potato chips, and a variety of other foods, should not be consumed in excess. The reason for this is that too much salt or sodium-rich foods might induce liver problems.
